1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of jelliflipjy.ink, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Agreement

Clients must accurately disclose all behavioral or medical history of their pets prior to booking. jelliflipjy.ink reserves the right to refuse service if a pet poses a danger to staff or other animals.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be charged at 50% of the service rate. Same-day cancellations will be charged in full.

4. Liability

While we take every precaution, jelliflipjy.ink is not liable for illness or injury that occurs outside of our direct negligence. Owners are required to maintain up-to-date vaccinations for all pets.
